With 34 en-suite bedrooms which are all centrally heated, have remote controlled televisions, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, some rooms having sea views and the property itself being only a few minutes walk from the beaches, shops and facilities of Newquay. This makes us the perfect venue to enjoy your holiday in Cornwall.

Having 34 bedrooms means we can cater for most party sizes included a full coach if necessary, this also means we have our own dedicated chef, who has been with The Glendeveor for over 12 years, who delights in creating wholesome meals in a 'home cooking' style, he even makes our own freshly baked bread rolls.

We provide entertainment most nights in our lounge/bar area and pride ourselves on our well stocked bar. However, we are still a family run accommodation provider in Newquay and small enough to make sure you get the service you want and expect. We can accommodate 65 people standing, leaning and at the end of the evening having a quiet lie down - except when the Cornish Bingo is underway in which case there will be standing room only and no time to lie down!

Mild climate

Located on the North Coast of Cornwall, Newquay has an exceptionally mild climate, boasting more sunshine and balmy days than even the rest of Cornwall. You will find palm trees growing all over the town, spring always comes early and summer stays late here so you can enjoy the beaches, inland gardens and attractions all year around.

Attractions

Newquay is ideally located on the North Coast with good access to the Cornish road network. It would be a shame to visit Cornwall and not investigate the county and its attractions further. Within a few miles of The Glendeveor accommdation you will find Penzance, with the fabulous St Michael's Mount and the gateway to the Scilly Isles. Further down the coast is Mousehole, famous for its fishing fleet and in more recent years the Christmas lights.

Non-Smoking Hotel.

As from the 1st February 2007 we will become a non-smoking establishment and hope that old and new guests will see this as a positive step and support us with it. We do however have a designated smoking area outside to accommodate those who do smoke.
